AFTER-SALES SERVICES


I. Quality assurance

1. Huachangzhi guarantees that the goods provided are brand new and unused, and fully conform to the mandatory standard quality specification and the requirements of quality, specification, performance and technical specification stipulated in the contract.


2. In order to ensure that the advanced equipment you ordered is not damaged at all, we choose to cooperate with a specialized freight company to ensure that the goods will be delivered to you as soon as possible.


3. Huachuangzhi guarantees that the goods provided have undergone standardized production and strict inspection and test before leaving the factory. Within the quality guarantee period of the goods, Huachuangzhi shall be responsible for any deficiencies or faults caused by defects in design, technology or materials.



II. Equipment unpacking inspection and debugging training

1, out of the box inspection. Check the goods out of the box, and conduct detailed inspection on quality, specification, model, performance, quantity and weight of each article in the box.


2. Debugging training. After all the configurations are complete and correct, we will provide you with equipment installation, commissioning and training services. All the expenses incurred will be borne by HSCC.


III. After-sales service

1. After guaranteeing the delivery on schedule, HSCM will provide the complete set of relevant technical documents. Including technical specifications and technical performance of equipment, system and software operation manuals and other technical documents.


2. After the installation and commissioning of the equipment, Huachangzhi will implement the after-sales service system of one year warranty (or as stipulated in the contract) and lifelong maintenance for the whole machine. During the warranty period, if there is any damage or unqualified quality, we will promptly pay 0 for repair and replacement. Outside the warranty period, Huachuangzhi provides lifelong maintenance service and charges at a preferential price.


3. The company will arrange specialized personnel to make regular telephone and door-to-door return visits to customers to timely understand the use of equipment and possible problems, and carry out necessary maintenance and maintenance.
